"No valid warranty if you're outside the service center countries."
So, around 7 years back, I bought their luggage with the No Matter What Lifetime warranty while in Israel. But, the dealer there only provides a limited warranty, meaning if something major goes wrong, you gotta send it to the service center. I tried sending it to the one in Germany, which cost me 50 euros. Sadly, they turned it down because German customs wanted a fee. They suggested I cover that cost, but I wasn't about to do that. So, the luggage got sent back to me. The service I got was super disappointing, and it felt like a total waste. It's really frustrating since I paid way more for their luggage compared to other brands just for that special warranty.

I decided to send it to the service center in Germany, which ended up costing me 50 euros. Unfortunately, they refused to accept it because the German customs required them to pay a fee. They suggested that I pay the fee instead, but I was not willing to do so. As a result, the luggage was sent back to me. The level of service I received was extremely disappointing, and it felt like a complete waste. It's frustrating because I paid four times the amount for their luggage compared to other brands due to the special warranty.

I've gotten in touch with customer support four times now about a return label, but it still hasn't shown up. Is it possible they're just stalling until the 30-day return window closes?

"Logistics and operations were a complete mess."
I ordered something 5 days ago, and it still ain't shipped. They just made a UPS label and let my package sit in their warehouse. No movement at all since then. I can't rely on them because their logistics and operations are super sketchy.

It has been 5 days since I placed my order, and the item still hasn't been shipped out. They only created a UPS label and left my shipment sitting in their warehouse. There has been no progress since then. I cannot trust them as their operations and logistics are highly unreliable.

"Eagle Creek Cargo Hauler 130: Not as Tough as Advertised"
Eagle Creek touts this bag as being reinforced at its weakest spots, so you’d think it’d hold up just fine while you’re on the go. But let me tell ya, on my very first trip overseas, I was bummed to find two holes in the bottom of the bag. After checking it in, I noticed the damage when I got to the hotel. Looking closer, it was obvious that the fabric was pretty thin and flimsy; even a little scuff could lead to a hole. I reached out to Eagle Creek about this issue under their 'No Matter What' warranty. I ended up having to send the bag to their repair center myself, which cost me an extra £10. Now, it’s been nearly four months, and I’m still waiting for a decent solution from them. This product is poorly constructed and doesn’t live up to what they claim, plus their customer service leaves a lot to be desired. I’d recommend steering clear of this bag if you want something that can handle regular travel wear and tear, and don’t count on Eagle Creek to keep their promises as mentioned on their site.
